Het OFC U-16 Kampioenschap is een tweejaarlijks voetbaltoernooi voor spelers onder de 16 jaar. Het toernooi bepaalt de enige twee kwalificatieplaatsen voor de Oceania Football Confederation (OFC) en haar vertegenwoordigers op het FIFA U-17 Wereldkampioenschap, dat om de twee jaar wordt gehouden.
Tussen 1983 en 2017 stond het toernooi open voor teams onder de 17 jaar en heette het het OFC U-17 Kampioenschap. Sinds 2018 is de leeftijdsgrens verlaagd naar onder de 16 jaar en heet het toernooi het OFC U-16 Kampioenschap.
