De Women's Futsal Africa Cup of Nations is de belangrijkste continentale futsalcompetitie voor nationale vrouwenteams in Afrika, georganiseerd door de Confederation of African Football (CAF). Deze tweejaarlijkse competitie brengt de beste teams van het continent samen om te strijden voor de regionale titel. De competitie dient als CAF's kwalificatieweg voor de FIFA Futsal Women's World Cup. Het eerste toernooi vond plaats in april 2025 in Marokko en telde negen deelnemende teams.
