Het Caribbean Club Championship, ook bekend als het CFU Club Championship, is een jaarlijkse internationale competitie voor clubs die lid zijn van de Caribbean Football Union (CFU). Dit toernooi werd opgericht in 1997, waarbij de Jamaicaanse club Montego Bay United — destijds bekend als Seba United — de eerste titel veroverde.
