Manchester City chief Al Mubarak pledges to reveal everything regarding club's accusations once verdict is reached
Manchester City faced 115 alleged violations of the Premier League's financial regulations in 2023.
The alleged infractions spanned a nine year period from 2009 up to 2018.
City were also accused of not cooperating with the Premier League's inquiry into their finances.
The case has not yet reached a resolution, despite an independent commission hearing taking place eighteen months ago.
City have refuted any misconduct and, as the wait continues to determine whether they are exonerated or found guilty, Khaldoon is keen to eventually present the club's perspective.
"Allow me to remain as steady as I have always been - until we have a decision, I cannot reveal much," Khaldoon stated on the club's media platforms.
"Once a decision is reached, believe me, we will have a wonderful discussion together, and I will express everything I have wanted to say over the past three years."
City have experienced ongoing success since the 2008 acquisition by their Abu Dhabi based owners, securing eight Premier League titles, the Champions League, four FA Cups and seven League Cups.
The club's valuation has risen significantly during that period, and Khaldoon indicated that owner Sheikh Mansour has no desire to sell the City Football Group, which he values at roughly $10 billion (£7.45bn).
"Sheikh Mansour, when he considers this club, views it as a long term investment," he remarked.
"If you were to sell all of this on the market today, you could not get less than 10 billion dollars at minimum.
"Of course, His Highness has no intention of selling this enterprise. There is only desire to continue expanding it because the belief here is that it will only increase in value, and this is a wonderful asset to possess.
"It is football, and it is entertainment. In the world we inhabit today, as the globe changes and people's interests shift towards different things, sport endures - and within sports, football stands at the peak.
"And Manchester City and this organisation, within the football realm, is at the summit. These kinds of treasures, you do not sell."
