Soweto Derby: The last 10 clashes between Orlando Pirates and Kaizer Chiefs

Orlando Pirates have enjoyed dominance in recent encounters, claiming victory in six of the past seven games against Kaizer Chiefs, while the AmaKhosi have secured four triumphs in the last ten fixtures.

No draws have materialised in this rivalry over the previous 17 outings, with the most recent tie being a 2-2 result during the 2019 Telkom Knockout.

March 5, 2022 (Betway Premiership)

A tightly contested match where Chiefs took the lead twice and managed to secure the points. Reeve Frosler opened the scoring with an excellent effort in the first half. Pirates fought back, levelling the score ten minutes into the second half through Kwame Peprah. However, Chiefs prevailed when Erick Mathoho headed in Keagan Dolly's corner with nine minutes remaining.
