Over Afrika Cup U20

Geschiedenis, formaat, organisatie, media-aandacht

De Afrika U-20 Cup of Nations (voorheen bekend als het African Youth Championship of het African U-20 Championship) is een jeugdvoetbalcompetitie voor landen van de CAF. Het toernooi werd opgericht in 1979 en wordt gespeeld door spelers onder de 20 jaar.

De competitie wordt om de twee jaar gehouden, waarbij de top 4 teams zich kwalificeren voor het FIFA U-20 Wereldkampioenschap.
