FC Copenhagen secure pivotal Swedish defender from title holders AGF on a four-year deal

FC Copenhagen revealed on Friday evening that they have acquired Swedish defender Felix Beijmo from reigning Danish champions AGF, signing him to a four-year agreement.

Newly appointed manager Bo Svensson expressed his enthusiasm about the addition of the former AGF star, who played a crucial role in securing the championship for the City of Smiles.

"Felix is a remarkably versatile defender capable of performing at a high standard across multiple positions in the defensive line. His exceptional pace and powerful right foot offer us intriguing possibilities, both in defence and during our attacking build-up."

"He is a physically dependable player, known for his tenacity and decisiveness in one-on-one situations. Tactically, he displays outstanding discipline, effectively organising the defence and making astute decisions under pressure. Felix Beijmo concluded a three-year spell with AGF, opting against renewing his contract in Aarhus.
