Luis Diaz netted in added time to enable Bayern Munich to recover from their midweek Champions League defeat against Arsenal securing a 3-1 turnaround victory at home against St Pauli on Saturday.

Missing through suspension during the Arsenal loss Bayerns initial defeat of the season Diaz nodded in a Harry Kane delivery to put Bayern ahead in the third minute of stoppage time.

Nicolas Jackson then found the net four minutes afterwards to polish off the win as Bayern prevented losing ground for only the second occasion in this Bundesliga campaign.

Prior to that Diaz set up Bayerns leveller for Raphael Guerreiro before the interval following Andreas Hountondjis unexpected opener for the underdogs Pauli just six minutes into the game.
