A Liga Premier da Síria é a principal divisão do futebol masculino na Síria. Foi estabelecida em 1966 e é administrada pela Federação Síria de Futebol.
A liga é disputada por 14 equipes e opera no sistema de rebaixamento e promoção com a Primeira Divisão Síria. Os clubes da liga são elegíveis para participar da Copa da Síria e da Supercopa da Síria.
