Morocco set for three World Cup preparation matches featuring Norway

Morocco reached the semi finals unexpectedly during the World Cup in Qatar four years back and brought in Mohamed Ouahbi as their new manager this March following Walid Regraguis departure.

Since stepping up Ouahbi has overseen just two fixtures with the national side a stalemate against Ecuador and a win versus Paraguay early in his tenure.

The Moroccan football association announced that the squad will face Burundi on May 26th in a private session at their Sale training facility prior to taking on Madagascar on June 2nd right in Rabat allowing fans to rally behind them.

Upon reaching the United States and settling at their training hub in Basking Ridge New Jersey the team will wrap up their buildup with an encounter against Norway on June 7th located in New York.

Reports indicate that Morocco intend to kick off their camp on May 22nd although the full roster announcement comes seven days after that.

Placed in Group C for the tournament Morocco will meet Brazil on June 13th in New York then Scotland on June 19th in Boston followed by Haiti on June 24th in Atlanta.
