FC Copenhagen secure crucial Swedish defender from title holders AGF on a four year deal

On Friday evening, FC Copenhagen revealed their acquisition of Swedish defender Felix Beijmo from Danish title holders AGF, securing him on a four year contract.

Newly appointed coach Bo Svensson expressed his enthusiasm about the addition of the former AGF player, who recently played a pivotal role in securing the championship for the City of Smiles.

"Felix is an exceptionally versatile defender capable of handling multiple positions in the defensive line at a high standard. His remarkable speed and powerful right foot offer us intriguing possibilities, both in defence and during our build-up play."

"He is a physically dependable player, known for his toughness and decisiveness in duels. Tactically, he displays outstanding discipline, effectively organising the defence and making sound decisions under pressure. He possesses the winning mentality required for football success", Bo Svensson stated on FCK's official website.

Felix Beijmo dedicated three years to AGF before deciding against renewing his contract in Aarhus.
