Erling Haaland views Burnley clash as a final for Manchester City

Arsenal has led the Premier League standings since October, yet Manchester City, holding a match in hand, narrowed the difference to three points following their triumph at the Etihad Stadium.

A further victory on Wednesday would position Pep Guardiola's team on equal points with the London outfit, allowing them to claim the summit based on either goals scored or goal difference, contingent on the winning margin.

"On Wednesday we're having a final. The Burnley game is as important as this game," Haaland, the scorer of the crucial goal in Sunday's success, shared with Sky Sports.

"We need to focus, stay humble."

Arsenal, in pursuit of their first Premier League crown since 2004, will take on Newcastle United this Saturday.
