Bergvall and Svensson in for Sweden; France revert to previous XI for World Cup clash

The defensive shape and line-up was going to be a big call for Potter, after Isak Hien was ruled out for the rest of the tournament having come off injured in the first half against Japan.

Captain Victor Lindelof has slotted back into the heart of defence, having begun the Japan game in the centre of midfield - a place now occupied by Bergvall, who came off the bench to replace the injured Hien.

There is also a change at wing-back, where Alexander Bernhardsson has been dropped in favour of Svensson.

Didier Deschamps made just four changes to his starting XI for France's win over Norway in their final group game having already made sure of qualification, and he has opted to bring back the same four who were rested after the victory over Iraq in their second match.

That means there are two changes in defence, where Maxence Lacroix and Theo Hernandez have been replaced by William Saliba and Lucas Digne, plus a change in both the holding and attacking midfield, as Adrien Rabiot and Bradley Barcola come back in, in place of Manu Kone and Desire Doue.

Les Bleus' coach is back in the dugout tonight having missed the Norway game to travel home and attend his mother's funeral.
