Toto Cup Ligat Al

The Toto Cup Al is Israel’s third-tier League Cup. A total of 14 teams participate in this competition. The four teams competing in Europe – the UEFA Champions League and Europa League – are exempt from taking part in the group stage. The remaining 10 teams are split into two groups of five. The two group winners move on the semi-finals to face two of the nation's four European competitors – the Israel Super Cup and UEFA qualifiers match decide which two clubs get to participate in the penultimate stage.
