De Syrische Premier League is de hoogste divisie in het mannenvoetbal in Syrië. De competitie werd opgericht in 1966 en wordt beheerd door de Syrische Arabische Voetbalfederatie.
De competitie bestaat uit 14 teams en werkt met een promotie- en degradatiesysteem met de Syrische 1e Divisie. Clubs in de competitie kunnen deelnemen aan de Syrische Beker en de Syrische Supercup.
