La Uganda Premier League, precedentemente conosciuta come Uganda Super League, è il massimo livello del sistema calcistico ugandese. È stata istituita nel 1968 ed è governata dalla Federazione calcistica dell'Uganda.
Il campionato vede la partecipazione di 16 squadre e opera con un sistema di retrocessione e promozione con la Ugandan Big League. La lega si svolge parallelamente alla Coppa d'Uganda e alla Super 8.
