La Bangladesh Premier League, conosciuta semplicemente come BPL, è la massima divisione del sistema calcistico del Bangladesh. È gestita dalla Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF). Il Dhaka Derby tra Abahani Dhaka e Mohammedan SC è una delle partite più seguite del campionato. La BPL ha sostituito la Dhaka Premier Division League, che ha funzionato come massima divisione dal 1948 al 2006.
Fondata nel 2007 come primo campionato nazionale professionistico del paese, la BPL era inizialmente conosciuta come B.League e fu rinominata Bangladesh League nel 2009. Nel 2012, è stata ribattezzata Bangladesh Premier League (BPL).
