Kheira Hamraoui defeated in lawsuit against PSG for inadequate assistance following assault

Former Paris Saint-Germain womens team player Kheira Hamraoui lost her claim for 3.5 million euros about four million dollars on Tuesday in a French employment tribunal. She argued that the club compelled her to depart after a fierce beating with an iron bar.

The matter originated from a savage attack she experienced four years earlier, supposedly with involvement from a fellow player.

During November 2021 Hamraoui faced an assault by two men in masks upon returning from a squad meal in a vehicle alongside teammate Aminata Diallo.

Once Diallo faced arrest and accusations of arranging the assault Hamraoui apparently endured intimidation from various PSG squad members.

Hamraoui pursued compensation from her previous employer citing insufficient backing.

She asserted being excluded on the field in the locker area and facing abuse through social networks.

This led her to exit the Paris outfit in 2023 for moves to lower ranked teams initially in Mexico and later in Saudi Arabia.

Her legal representative Pascal Pierre Garbarini informed AFP of plans to challenge Tuesdays verdict.

The case remains solid Garbarini remarked.

The employment tribunal displayed limited grasp of the athletic setting a matter I shall address in deeper detail and accuracy with the Court of Appeal justices who serve as skilled legal experts.

PSG released a note stating the outcome verifies that the club adhered to regulations and its work agreements across the full tenure with Hamraoui.
