The Syrian Premier League is the men's top division football league in Syria. It was established in 1966 and is run by the Syrian Arab Federation for Football.
The league is contested among 14 teams. It operates on the relegation and promotion system with the Syrian League 1st Division. Clubs in the league are eligible to feature in the Syrian Cup and the Syrian Super Cup.
