The court in Utrecht has ruled against NAC Breda in summary proceedings of the controversial case about Go Ahead Eagles player Dean James, bringing an end to a volatile case.
KNVB director Marianne van Leeuwen stated that the league 'might not be completed' as the league awaits the final verdict in the sports passport case.
Go Ahead Eagles will not be penalised for playing Dean James in the 6-0 win over NAC Breda, the KNVB confirmed on Thursday.
