Promising Danish midfielder Bidstrup joins Lyon from Red Bull Salzburg

As per L’Équipe, Bidstrup has put pen to paper on a five-year deal worth €10 million.
The 25-year-old midfielder joined Salzburg in the summer of 2023 from English Premier League side Brentford. Bidstrup quickly established himself as a regular starter in the team and grew to become a fan favourite thanks to his personality and fighting spirit.
After 116 appearances, four goals, and five assists, Bidstrup has now decided to join Olympique Lyonnais, who finished fourth in the French top flight last season and were eliminated in the Round of 16 by Celta Vigo in last season's UEFA Europa League.
